Missouri bean-to-bar guru Shawn Askinosie supplies the cocoa and chocolate we use for this special "top-shelf" flavor. We love Shawn for his chocolate, but also for the way he procures it. Shawn knows the farmers who grow the beans he uses, he makes his own cocoa butter (from the fat in the cocoa liquor he makes), and he shares the profits with the men and women who cultivate and harvest the beans.
