Built from the ground up with a creamy, rich, and mellow cherry wood-smoked porter (by Nashville's Yazoo Brewing Company) and fistfuls of savory "bar nuts"—peanuts, pecans, and almonds dusted with rosemary, brown sugar, and cayenne.

We love to work with like-minded people from the world of food and drink, which is why we've struck up a friendship with the good people at Yazoo Brewing Company. Yazoo, just a few miles from our East Nashville scoop shop, is responsible for the wonderful Yazoo Sue, the handcrafted beer that fuels this special new ice cream.
